The Ros. It has finally been discovered. After many have tried and failed, the magical waters have finally been revealed. It seems more people have been there as well. At least some enough to build small cabins. This place may be beautiful, nestled in the most quiet part of Aldermen, but it appears it holds a sinister cloud of the unknown.

Hiems 22nd, 10,016 Out of fucking nowhere, the tavern got blown to pieces. Nice. Who did it? Lyanna Legend. Why? The bitch is sad because of reasons and was too drunk to say no to her inner demons. Why did no one stop her? Pfffff, there were peeps there. Stacy Carson and Barska, Celestine and Misara and some other person with a gun and then another one who was there muttering 'bitch' but then disappeared. I don't know man, I don't think much could have been done to avoid this. Mary's pretty pissed, as well as the dead guys' family. The tavern DID get rebuilt by Stacy and Barska and Aya, but damn....Can we just not do this again?

With the disappearance of local wildlife on the Northern Coast, citizens of Simul have taken notice. Whispers of a mad man "melting flesh" from "carcasses and live animals" have been spreading like wildfire across the northern parts of our great kingdom. Some have made it their duty to find whoever this person/s are/is, but the only facts we have learned is that the person keeps to an area not easily reached on the cliffside near the ocean. Witnesses state that there was more than one person during the time of the incident. It appeared that only one was the aggressor. Flames have eaten away the cliff face and the landscape has slid into the ocean. There is no news on survivors or who the people were in the area. Will update when more is known. Year 10,013 month of Dissilio Near the northern parts of the city, there was a complain train started. What most thought was a large beast trampling around just outside of Oak Silva turned into full blown earthquakes. A few homes were cracked and fell from their treetops, but fortunately, no one was seriously injured. Silence befell the area for a few days before the eruption of the massive Tree of Life shook the citizens of the nature bound city. Though they were shaken, it was quick for them to realize what a gift they had been bestowed.

Year 10.000 to Present There is a giant worm. Though he resides in Sterilis, there is a mention of him in Lake Torra. Every month, this long desert worm burrows his way from the desert to Lake Torra to drink. Then burrow back. This, of course, leaves quite a hole near a grouping of boulders. If one were to follow, they would find themselves under Sterilis. Keep in mind, the sand collapses behind him, so that is as far as you would get.

Since the first humans walked the lands of Simul, they have been there. When the first magically inclined displayed their supernatural abilities, they were there. When the war commenced between good and evil brothers, they were there....waiting. Watching. Judging. Ferren had warned them. In his unquestioned long life, he has been their savior. Their God. Their leader and teacher. The one who convinces them that anything other than a human would perish in the "Coming of the End." And as conflicts arose throughout Simul along time, he had used it to persuade for an even bigger following. This following has grown in numbers, tipping the scales at over two thousand, and thus, has become their own society. Now, where would a society who hates magic users go? Somewhere hidden. Somewhere...shrouded in darkness. They call their home, Formido Peak. Besides the forboding name, Formido Peak is an enigma. Though the people do not use magic, or so they claim, the mountains themselves seem to block all magical and supernatural abilities. Though anyone can enter, if they have any sort of magic, mental, or like abilities (Things normal humans cannot achieve), they will find themselves just as normal as the next. No one but Ferren knows why this happens, but he has sworn to take his secret to the grave.

But it is my duty to keep the people of Simul informed, and I will always keep that promise. Less than 24 hours ago, it was brought to our attention that there was a murder in Gao Shan. 32 year old Yang Da of Gao Shan was murdered in his back garden. According to GSP, Yang was shoveling a path to his back shed when he was attacked. Witnesses stated they they had heard the screams of the young man. One neighbor said they had rushed outside and saw Yang being attacked by an unnamed assailant dressed in dark robes that masked their face. However, it was also reported that the attacker had used a fire magic. "All I saw was fire coming from their hands while they punched and kicked Mr. Da. I tried to climb the gate, but I was too late. The murderer sprouted wings and disappeared into the sky!" GSP ask for the people to keep a vigilant stance and report anything suspect. Our condolences go out to Yang's family.
