The people are more than friendly, and thus, there is rarely any notable crime. This is also due to the highly trained mages patrolling the area on a constant basis. Just on the outside of Elutheria's main entrance, one can catch a boat, big or small to and from. Most of the time, the big boats are run by Ryan. The smaller boats are for rent, as long as you return them unscathed! Vombri Healingfist Vrombi may not look like it, but the dwarven man is the best healer in all of Eleutheria.
